　　the chief troublemaker of the traffic congestion is that there are more vehicles than the roads can hold. housing problems mainly derive from the centralization of business activities and the fact that more migrants from rural areas are attracted and thronging to cities for better financial and living prospect. these two troubles also interact upon each other.

　　relocation of large companies, factories and their employees to the rural areas is a sensible proposal. it does serve to reduce urban vehicles and housing density, as the related businesses such as food, recreation, education, construction will be decentralized accordingly.

　　what a better, as we relocate the large companies and factories, more employment opportunities are opened up along with it. to guarantee their smooth running, the government and investors alike will have to renovate infrostructure in the rural areas. if the rural population were convinced that the country is getting better and money can be earned there just the same, they would not bother to go to cities.

　　in brief, relocation of the large companies and factories in the countryside is a nice proposal. it serves not only the interest of the public but alst that of the vested interests greatly.
